On CharitApp, everyone who needs help can create an account and raise money. And whoever who wants to make a donation and help someone can do so.

Anyone can create an Individual account to raise money for himself. Also, CharitApp allows Individual accounts to create Community Projects in order to raise money and bring awareness about a specific group or community needs.

The maximum amount an Individual account can raise is automatically set up and cannot exceed US $120. For a Community Project, the amount is set by the user and cannot exceed US $10’000.

On CharitApp, all the donations are instantly made and there is no platform fee (=CharitApp fee) for Individuals at all. After the maximum amount possible for an Individual account is reached, or after 2 months have passed (from the validation of the account), the account gets frozen for two months. After those two months, the user can reactivate its Individual accout very easily and raise money again.
For Community Projects, once the goal amount set is reached, or after 6 months have passed (from the validation of the Community Project), the Community Project page is frozen. Forever.
